Demonstrating: How to rapidly convert strategic ideas to realized prototypes.

Dilemma: A company’s CIO had a high-level concept. What he didn’t have was the tools to demonstrate the value and feasibility of the idea before committing to a development effort.

Solution: The client hired id8 to work with the internal stakeholders. Our mission: To iteratively move the idea from whiteboard to interactive prototype.

As a Result: We created a working mode within two weeks. The CIO took the hand-off and socialized the idea with various teams and departments. He successfully generate support for the development effort to build out the application.
