The Usability Challenge

Demonstrating: How to use high-fidelity prototypes for highly-effective user testing

Dilemma: A client wanted to conduct usability testing prior to
development, as a means of choosing a design direction for key website user interactions.

Solution: The company brought in id8 to create a high-fidelity prototype suitable for usability lab A/B testing.

As a Result: Within 4 weeks, id8 created a pixel-perfect model of the new
web application, allowing testers to interact with directly as they
would with the actual application. Feedback generated during the testing sessions made the client’s design decisions clear and unambiguous.
